Payette River area. About three fourths of the area here lies in a compact body beginning near Emmett and extending westward 35 miles to Snake River. The remainder is along the upper reaches of Payette River, chiefly in Long and Garden Valleys and along Squaw, Willow, and Little Willow Creeks. There is storage in Little Payette Lake, and in Boulder Lake and Payette and Black Canyon Reservoirs.
