Young New Plymouth Matron Buried Today
Funeral services were held today from the New Plymouth Baptist church for Mrs. Chauncey Beeman who died at her home there Tuesday. She has suffered with a lingering illness of Bright’s disease. The Rev. Garner, Baptist minister, officiated and the Landon funeral home had charge of the services. Interment was in the Parkview cemetery at New Plymouth.
Mable Irene Close was born at Minden, Mines, Missouri, June 8, 1911. In 1927 she came to New Plymouth with her family and in 1934 was married to Chauncey Beeman. Surviving besides the widower are her parents Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Close; two brothers, Leonard and Leroy, and one sister, Darlene, all at the home. A brother, Robert, preceded her in her death in 1922
