Beeman Services Held in Payette
PAYETTE - Final services were held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Shaffer Memory chapel for William Henry Beeman, 81, of New Plymouth and Payette. The Rev. Stanley Andrews officiated and interment was in Park View in New Plymouth.
Beeman, a retired farmer, died Thursday in a Caldwell nursing home after a long illness. He was born November 10, 1872, in Franklin county, Kansas. He married Orie Mell Boggs in 1900 at Vineland, Colo., and the couple moved to Payette county 38 years ago from Colorado. Mrs. Beeman died in 1948.
He was a member of the New Plymouth IOOF lodge No. 83.
He is survived by one son, Ruffus, New Meadows; three daughters, Mrs.Myrtle Nelson, Fruitland, Mrs. Mabel Smith, Clarkston, Wash., and Mrs. Mamie Smith, Payette.
Four brothers, Leslie, Payette, Charles and Edward, both of Pueblo, Colo., and Harry, Denver, Colo.; one sister, Mrs. Cora Otterbein, Denver, and 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
