Richard Jackson Sr., 70, New Plymouth, a retired under sheriff, died Aug. 31 at home. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, New Plymouth. Burial will follow at Park View Cemetery, New Plymouth, under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, New Plymouth.
