NEW PLYMOUTH - Funeral services will be held today (Thursday) at 11 a.m. at the New Plymouth Shaffer-Jensen Memory chapel for Tony Jim, 84, New Plymouth, who died Tuesday at Casa Loma Convalescent Center.

Rev. Hayden Abel of the First Baptist church will officiate and interment will be at Park View cemetery.

He was born October 31, 1884 in Turkey. He came to the United States in 1910 and worked for a number of years in Nevada, coming to New Plymouth in 1922. He married Amelia Harris at Caldwell in April of 1924. She died in 1957. He married Martha Hubbard at Weiser and she died in 1969. He had farmed and been employed for many years as a railroader.

He is survived by a son, Edgar Jim, Caldwell; a daughter, Mrs. LaVena Gardunra?, Nampa; a step-son, Earl Harris, Sedona, Ariz; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Opal Bewley, Sedona, Arix. and Mrs. Kenneth Knight, Casa Grande, Ariz; four grandchildren, seven step grandchildren and a great grandson.
