Harvey Ketchner Dies Saturday
Harvey Ketchner, 99, one of Payette county's oldest residents, passed away last Saturday at the Carter Nursing Home in this city. Services were held at the New Plymouth Seven Day Adventist church with Rev. A. P. Ritz, of Caldwell, in charge. Interment was made in Park View cemetery at New Plymouth with Landon's Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Ketchner was born in Quaker, Ill., on June 7, 1843. In 1881 he was married and came to Idaho in 1905 settling in the New Plymouth section where he followed farming.
Deceased is survived by two sons, Charles Ketchner, Hillsboro, Oregon and Aron Ketchner of Los Angeles, California; one step son, C. E. Seivers, of Bremerton, Wn.
