Graveside services for Kennia L. Orvis, 16, of Echo, Ore., who died Saturday, July 28, 1984, as a result of an automobile accident near Pendleton, Ore., were conducted at Park View Cemetery, New Plymouth, with Rev. Earl Traughber, of the New Plymouth Congregational Church officiating, under direction of Shaffer-Jensen chapel, New Plymouth.
She was born July 11, 1968 at Nampa, Idaho. She was raised and educated in Idaho and Oregon. She attended school at Echo, Ore.
Survivors include her parents, Bill and Learlene Webber and a brother, Justin Webber of Echo, Ore., and a parental grandmother, Ima Webber of Spray, Ore.
