Death Claims Roy Chipman In California
HYLINE - Roy Chipman, son of Mrs. Byron Wheeler passed away suddenly in San Diego this week. Chipman was in the Navy and leaves a wife and four children. Mr. and Mrs. Wheeler left Monday morning for California where funeral services will be held. Chipman is formerly of Payette.
