Ernest Franklin Rites Pending
PAYETTE - Services will be announced for Ernest Franklin, 85, Payette, who died in an Ontario hospital Wednesday, following an illness of two weeks.
Mr. Franklin was born in Wisconsin, July 4, 1877. He moved from Watertown, S.D., to Payette in 1926. His wife, Glendora died in 1957. He was a member of the Methodist church.
He is survived by one son, Orvis Franklin, Weiser; one daughter, Mrs. Doris Hoffman, Racine, Wis.; two brothers, Ed Franklin of Sale (typed as in the paper) Lake City, Utah, and Fred Franklin of Los Angeles, Calif.; one stepson, Ray Boyle, Waterville, Wash.; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
