Fred Gallup Succumbs at 81
Services for Fred Earle Gallup, 81, Payette, who died Thursday in an Ontario hospital were conducted Saturday at Shaffer chapel in Payette. The Rev. Jim Mummert, pastor of the Payette First Christian church, officiated.
Interment was at Riverside cemetery.
Mr. Gallup was born January 4, 1886, at Oneida, N.Y. He came from Empire, Ore., to Payette county in 1952.
Survivors are a son, Fred Jr., serving in the Air Force in Vietnam; a daughter, Miss Ruth Fallup, Fall City, Ore.; a sister, Mrs. Mary Swisher, San Bernardino, Calif, and four grandchildren.
