Fruitland friends were grieved Sunday to hear of the sudden death of little 10 year old Henry Griner, which occurred in a Boise hospital Saturday morning. He climed a cottonwood tree Friday evening and was picking cotton balls, when the limb on which he was standing broke, and let him fall to the ground, a distance of 35 feet. He was taken to the hospital at once and it was thought he was not seriously injured but he passed away early Saturday morning. Funeral services were held in Boise Sunday, and the body was brought to Payette for burial by the side of his father and sister, who died in Fruitland 4 years ago.
