PAYETTE - Services for Albert A. Haines, 75, of Payette, who died Dec. 3 in an Ontario hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Shaffer-Jensen Chapel in Payette, Dr. Leonard Reifel of the St. John's United Church of Christ in Payette will officiate. Private family burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Payette.

He was born May 31, 1907 in Riggston, Ill. He was raised and educated in Illinois. He married Irene Lankford on July 6, 1928 in Henderson, Ky. They made their home in Merritt, Ill. He worked many years as a grain elevator operator in Bluffs, Ill. They moved to Payette in 1969. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Bluffs, Ill.

He leaves his wife; a son, Bud of Payette; a brother, Claude of Payette, and two grandchildren.

Friends may call at the chapel today from 4 to 9 p.m.
