J. A. Henderson Called By Death

Funeral services for Jacob A. Henderson, 58, who died Saturday night at a local hospital, were held Tuesday at 4 p. m. at the Payette Church of Christ with the Rev. Franklin T. Gosser officiating, Landon's was in charge.

Interment was at Riverside.

Mr. Henderson was born July 21, 1886, in Nebraska and came to Wallowa, Ore., with his parents while still an infant.

He was married to Miss Nellie Keeler at Enterprise, Ore., on Sept. 19, 1909. They made their home at Wallowa until 17 years ago when they came to Payette to make their home.

Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Nellie Henderson of Payette, two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Carstens of Boise and Mrs. Pauline Strawn of Fruitland, and five grandchildren. One son, George Henderson, who was serving in the U.S. Army, has been reported missing for over a year.
