Betty Louise Hill, 82, of Payette, passed away Monday, February 25, 2008, after battling breast cancer for several years. Graveside services were held Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at Riverside Cemetery, Payette with Pastor Joel Wendland officiating.
Betty was born in Cicero, New York, on February 12, 1926. She moved to Payette at age 9 and attended Payette schools and Payette High School through the ninth grade.
She married Dean Arthur Hill on January 1, 1944 in Caldwell. In 1951, they moved to Whitebird, Idaho and returned to Payette in 1966.
Her husband, two daughters, one son, one granddaughter, and two sisters preceded her in death.
Betty is survived by sons, Dean Jr. (Carol), Dale (Emma), eight grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and one sister.
