PAYETTE - Services for Bertie Alice Holliday, 64, Payette, who died Saturday at a Weiser hospital were held Tuesday at the Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel under the direction of Raymond E. Harryman, pastor of the Weiser Assembly of God Church. Interment was in Riverside Cemetery, Payette.
Mrs. Holliday was born July 24, 1911, in Dudley, Tex. She was reared and educated in Texas. She married Richard "Doc" Holliday, June 21, 1952, in Wichita Falls, Tex. They moved to Council in 1967 and to Payette in 1971. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Weiser Elks Lodge.
Surviving are her husband, Payette; a sister, Winnie Childers, Hobbs, N. M.; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the chapel from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. today.
