FRUITLAND - Graveside services for May Hooker, 75, Fruitland, who died Tuesday, May 31, 1983, in a Payette nursing home, were conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, at Riverside Cemetery, Payette. Rev. Don Shover of the Highway Assembly of God church officiated under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Chapel, Fruitland.
She was born Oct. 5, 1907, at Atlanta, Iowa, daughter of George and Della Hooker. She moved with her parents to Fruitland in 1910 where she has since resided.
She is survived by one sister, Minnie Sutton of Long Beach, Calif., and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three sisters and four brothers.
