Thomas Jefferson Horstman was born on February 15, 1870, and died in Payette on July 21, 1939. He is survived by two sons, Gern and Raymond, both residents of Montana. His wife died several years ago.
Horstman came to Payette county about ten years ago, and was a resident of the Washoe district at the time of his death. Funeral services were held Sunday at the Peterson-Foster funeral home, with burial in Riverside cemetery.
