Death Takes Mrs. V. Johnson
Mrs. Vina Johnson, 73, Payette, died at her home Tuesday.
Born at Jasper, Okla., June 30, 1890, she was married to William Joseph Johnson at ??ken, Kan., on July 1, 1908. They moved from Gooding to Payette 41 years ago. Mr. Johnson died Feb. 21, 1963. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Surviving are two sons, A. J. Johnson, Caldwell, and Harvey C. Johnson, Payette; three daughters, Mrs. Esther Mary Rupp and Mrs. Betty Louise Manser, both Ontario, and Mrs. Juanita B. Moyes, Salt Lake city; one sister, Mrs. Nora Faulkner, Adair, Okla; two brothers, Nathan Wisdom, Adair and Jim Williams, Mossville, Ark., 22 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Assembly of God Church, Payette, with the Rev. A. E. Rainwater officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside under direction of Shaffer Memory Chapel.
