Dossie Clinton Kessler

Dossie Clinton Kessler was born near Reann, Indiana, August 4, 1880, and died in Fruitland, Idaho, December, 1924, at the age of 44 year, three months and 28 days. His parents were William and Martha Kessler. In 1894 he moved with them to Cando, North Dakota, where he was married to Rose Baney in 1908. To this union three sons, Lamont, Claude, and Ralph, and two daughters, Grace and Janet, were born. Beside's his widow and these, he leaves to mourn his departure, four brothers, and three sisters, all in the East except Mrs. Emma Miller, of Weiser. His parents and one sister proceeded him in death. The cause of his death was contagious spinal meningitis, which made it impossible to have funeral services at the time. Memorial services were held from the Bretheren church Saturday afternoon, at 2 o'clock, conducted by Rev. Shank.
