Mrs. McCracken Dies in Ontario
ONTARIO - Mrs. Lucile Frieda McCracken, 43, Ontario, died at a hospital early Saturday after a long illness.
She was born July 3, 1916, at Monmouth, Ore., and moved from Scotts Mill, Ore., to Ontario in 1953.
She was a member of the Friends church of Ontario.
Survivors include her husband, Lawrence McCracken, whom she married June 7, 1940 at Rosedale, Ore.; a son Daniel McCracken of Ontario; two daughters, Miss Elma McCracken of Newburg, Ore., and Miss Phyllis McCracken of Ontario; her mother, Mrs. Frieda Lehman of St. Francis, Kan., Almon Lehman of Eugene, Ore., and Lyle Lehman of Salem.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Shaffer chapel in Payette with the Rev. Lloyd Melhorn of Ontario Friends church officiating. Interment will be at Riverside in Payette.
Memorials may be made to the Friends mission program in lieu of flowers.
