PAYETTE - Eddie O. Meyers, 91, of Payette, died Tuesday in a nursing home in Payette. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Shaffer-Jensen Chapel in Payette with the Rev. Arlen Benson, Assembly of God Church, officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery in Payette.
Born Dec. 26, 1898 in Haines, Oregon, Meyers moved to Halfway and then to Payette.
Survivors include two nieces, Mrs. Owen (Pauline) Holloway of Payette, and Mrs. Willard (Ruby) Covert of Nyssa; two nephews, Ira Meyers of Payette and Lou Meyers of Yakima, and several great-nieces and nephews.
