Services Told For Payette Resident

PAYETTE - Myrtle Shearer Moggridge, 57, passed away suddenly at her home north of Payette, Wednesday, December 21.

She was born in Frankfort, Kansas, April 11, 1892, and came to the Payette community from Frankfort 49 years ago.

She was married to Thomas Moggridge, August 19, 1914 in Payette.

She was a member of the Methodist church, the Harmony Rebekah Lodge, No 22, and the American Women's League. She was a past Noble Grand of the Rebekahs, and a past state president of the Ladies' Auxiliary to the Patriarch Militant.

Survivors besides her husband include one sister, Mrs. May M. Robertson of Seattle, Wash.; one brother A.J. Shearer of Caldwell; six nephews; and 12 nieces, including one foster daughter, Mrs. Mary Robinson of New Plymouth.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. at the Methodist church in Payette, with Rev. C. G. Hannan officiating. Arrangements are in charge of the Shaffer Memory Chapel. The Harmony Rebekah lodge will conduct graveside services, at the Riverside cemetery in Payette.
