John Mosso, 81, was born March 26, 1927, in Ontario. He was a long- time resident farmer of Mosso’s Corner Fruit Farm and a short-time resident of Payette. He died Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2009, in Yuma, Ariz., where he has resided for the past five years. John Mosso is survived by one son, Bobbie R. Mosso, and wife, Beverly; stepson, Dusty Gardener; and step-daughter, Vickey Peterson. There are also 16 grandchildren and numerous great- and great-great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at the Ontario Elks Lodge in Ontario at a later date.
