M. Olson Dies, Retired Farmer
PAYETTE - Mounie Olson, 71, retired farmer, passed away at his home in Payette Tuesday morning. He has lived in Payette community for the past 54 years.
Olson was born April 1877 at Vishlanda, Sweden, and came from that country to the Payette valley. He was a member of the Christian church. He was married in 1908 to Blanch M. Christensen.
Services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday, November 23, at the Christian church in Payette, the Rev. Earl Saladen and the Rev. Emil Helseth will officiate. Interment will be at Riverside under direction of Shaffer Memory chapel.
He is survived by his wife, Blanch Olson; two sons, Glen and Ray, both of Payette; three daughters, Mrs. Carl Mogensen of Fruitland, Mrs. Harry Moosman of Valentine, Neb., and Mrs. Louie Attebery of Payette; 17 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
