PAYETTE - Graveside services for Charley C. Osburn, 66, Bellingham, Wash. who died there Friday were conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Riverside Cemetery under the direction of Shaffer Jensen Memory chapel, Payette.

Born July 24, 1907, in Paxton, Kan. he grew up and attended schools in Kansas and Minnesota and came to Idaho with his family in 1924. He married Agnes Corbitt on Oct. 6, 1931, in Payette. They lived in Payette for a few years before moving to Lafayette, Ore., and living there for 10 years. Then they returned to Payette. They moved to Bellingham in 1953 and had lived there since. He was a member of the Bellingham First Christian Church.

Surviving are his wife of Bellingham; four daughters, Mrs. Delsie Vail and Charleyn Harris, both of Bellingham, Mrs. Billie Fagerberg of Dufur, Ore. and Mrs. Ethel Arnold of Weiser; six brothers, Ted of Payette, Steve of Harper, Ore., Jimmy of Marcola, Ore., Riley of Springfield, Ore., Vance of San Diego, and Francis Osburn of Creswell, Ore.; seven sisters, Mrs. Bessie Franklin, Mabel Allen, Zella Wheeler, and Minnie Garside, all of Springfield, Mrs. Thenie Van Horn of Middleton, Mrs. Myrtie Fulton of Drain, Ore., and Mrs. Mary Helen (Dolly) Compton of Salem, Ore.; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
