Graveside services for Theodore H. "Ted" Osburn, 64, Payette, who died Saturday, Aug. 3, 1985, at home were conducted today at Riverside Cemetery, Payette, with Elder Henry Zollbrecht of the Payette Seventh-day Adventist Church officiating, under direction of Shaffer-Jensen Chapel, Payette.

Mr. Osburn, a plumber and farmer, was born Oct. 13, 1920, at Plainview, Minn., son of Riley and Mary Mullanex Osburn. He moved at a young age with his parents to Idaho. He married Ellen Windle on Sept. 16, 1940, at Payette. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Ted and Ellen were divorced in 1955. He married Edith Thomason in 1955 in Nevada. They were later divorced. He remarried Ellen in 1959. Mr. Osburn had engaged in plumbing and farming.

Survivors include his wife, Ellen of Payette; two sons, Steve and Ted Osburn both of Fernwood, Idaho; two daughters, Sandra Black of Payette and Laurie Loomis of Weiser; four brothers, Pat of Eugene, Ore., Jim of Marcola, Ore., R. M. of Dexter, Ore., and Vance of San Diego; five sisters, Thenie VanHorn of Middleton, Idaho; Mary Morga of Salem, Ore., Minnie Garside of Prineville, Ore., Myrtle Fulton of Drain, Ore., and Zella Wheeler of Springfield, Ore.; 10 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. His parents, two daughters, two brothers and four sisters died earlier.

Friends may call today from 4 to 9 p.m. at the Shaffer-Jensen Chapel in Payette.
