BOISE - Services for Bonnie Jean Oster, 61, Boise, who died Monday, April 22, 1985, at home, will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Shaffer-Jensen Chapel, Payette, with Dr. Leonard Reifel of the St. John's United Church of Christ officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Payette.
She was born June 20, 1923 at Nevada, Mo., the daughter of Marion and Lena Stewart. She was reared and educated in Nevada. She moved to Payette in 1946 and married Donald Oster on December 27, 1949. They made their home in various states including Utah, California and Arizona, before moving to Boise in 1977.
Survivors include her husband, Donald of Boise; three daughters, Lana Christine Rathbun of Laguna Hills, Calif.; Kathleen Oster of Boise; and Kerri Susanne Smart of Nampa; a brother, Edwin T. Stewart of Nevada; 4 grandchildren; three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth in 1980.
Friends may call today from 4 to 9 p.m. at Shaffer Jensen Chapel in Payette.
