ONTARIO - Goldie Marie Pearson, 80, Ontario, a homemaker, died April 7, 1997, in an Ontario care center. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette, with Pastor Bill Slabaugh of First Baptist Church, Payette officiating. Cremation and inurnment at Riverside Cemetery will be at a later date.
Goldie M. Pearson was born Jan. 19, 1917 to Charles and Emma Lockhart of Overton, Neb.
Survivors include a daughter, Darlene Carol Warren; two sisters, Georgetta Rinehart and Zona Vance; a brother, Ted of Nebraska; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Goldie was preceded in death by her husband Joe R. Pearson and a son Ronald R. Rhone.
