PIONEER PASSES TUESDAY NIGHT

Mrs. Elizabeth Percell passed away at her home on Third Avenue South, Tuesday night.

Mrs. Percell lived alone and has been in her usual good health, having visited with her neighbors on Tuesday. Wednesday forenoon W. D. Case, who lives next door, was working around the two places. Not seeing Mrs. Percell all morning, Mr. Case went to the house as 12:30 and found the lifeless body in bed. Mrs. Percell had apparently passed away some time Tuesday night from a stroke.

Mrs. Percell was past 80 years old, and was an early settler in Payette. She leaves four sons, J. B. of Payette, Everett of Lower Squaw Creek, Dick of Caldwell and Frank of Wisconsin; one daughter living in Montana.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday afternoon from the Church of God, with interment in the Riverside cemetery.
