Mrs. Rayburn Rites Saturday
Services for Mrs. Elizabeth Anna Rayburn, 86, Payette, who died early Sunday morning at a Payette nursing home, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the First Baptist church with the Rev. William Clark officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside here under the direction of Shaffer chapel.
She was born August 29, 1879, in Audubon county, Iowa. She was married to Carl Henry Rayburn December 20, 1906 at Concordia, Kans. They came from Veteran, Wyo., to the Payette community in 1934 and lived in Yakima, Wash., and Portland, Ore., from 1941 to 1958 and returned to Payette in 1958. Her husband preceded her in death August 30, 1965.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters and a brother. She was a member of the First Baptist church.
Surviving are two sons, Morrill Rayburn and Harold Rayburn, both of Payette; two brothers, George Owen of Randall, Kans., and Fred Owen of Audubon, Iowa; six grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
