Mrs. James B. Sargood passed away at her home in Fruitland last Tuesday evening at 5:30, after a 3 years illness caused from paralysis and other complications. She was 73 years old at the time of her death and had lived in Fruitland 27 years. She came here from Nebraska. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, one son James B. Junior and one grandson which she has always had the care of and one sister in Salt Lake. Funeral services were held from the home at 2:30 Thursday afternoon, conducted by Rev. H. G. Shank. Interment was made in Riverside Cemetery in Payette. The sympathy of the entire community is extended to the bereaved ones who are left.
