ELEANOR SCHOBERT DIES

Eleanor Schobert, daughter of Mrs. Angus McDonald of the Payette-Oregon Slope, died at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester Minnesota, Saturday morning as the result of an operation preformed over a week before. The remains were brought to Payette and they will be interred in the Payette Cemetery on Thursday.

Miss Schobert came to Payette from Los Angeles to be with her mother Mrs. McDonald after a long period of illness. She was a bright, intelligent girl who commanded the respect and good will of all who came to know her. Her untimely end is regretted by every one. The family has the sympathy of the entire community.

OBITUARY

Miss Eleanor Shoberg daughter of Mrs. Angus McDaniel of the Payette Oregon Slope died at the Mayo Clinic Rochester, Minnesota, September 23rd, 1933 the result of an operation performed over a week before. The remains were brought back to Payette.

Miss Shoberg was born April 16, 1910 at Welhart, Montana, attended high school at Great Falls, Montana. For the last 7 years has been a resident of Los Angeles, where she graduated from the Woodbury College. She has been ill for the last three years. She came to Payette June 1st where she resided with her mother Mrs. Angus McDonald.

She is survived by her mother, three brothers and two sisters, Marks of Los Angeles, Oscar of Great Falls, Montana, Elmo of Payette, Mrs. Harry Deardorff of Los Angeles, Miss Alta Shoberg of Los Angeles. All of whom were present at the funeral except Marks who was unable to be here. The funeral was held from the Landon Funeral Home last Thursday at 10 o’clock. Conducted by Rev. E. J. Grover pastor of the Church of the Brethren. Interment was in the Riverside Cemetery.
