MILDRED M. SCHOEN

PAYETTE - Mildred M. Schoen, 72, of Payette died Monday at an Ontario hospital. Services will be conducted Thurdsay at 11 a.m., at the Payette First United Methodist Church by the Rev. Ralph Lawrence. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Chapel in Payette.

She was born Nov. 30, 1905 in Washington, Iowa to Charles and Alma Hotle. She moved as a small child to Cawker City, Kan. She married Leo Schoen Jan. 31, 1925 at Concordia, Kan., and they moved to Idaho in 1936.

She was a member of the Payette First United Methodist Church, Lorraine Chapter No. 20, Order of the Eastern Star, Payette, and the Mary Martha and Kensington Club.

Surviving are her husband and two sons, Donald and Ronald, all of Payette; five sisters, Mrs. Velda Schoen of Cawker City, Mrs. Cecil Pemberton of Burbank, Calif., Mrs. Gladys Campbell of Salem, Ore., Mrs. Merle Ellinghausen of Glendale, Calif., and Mrs. Verle Davis of Kingman, Ariz.; nine grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call at the chapel today from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Memorials may be made to the Payette first United Methodist Church.
