Mrs. Annie Schunter Passes Wednesday

Mrs. Annie May Schunter, 79, of Payette, an Idaho resident for three years, died Wednesday afternoon in a local nursing home after a long illness.

Mrs. Schunter was born Oct. 15, 1876 at Drybrook, England, and came to the U.S. with her parents in 1881. She was married Jan. 22, 1900 in Erie, Colo. to William Schunter. He died in 1921. Mrs. Schunter came to Payette in July, 1952, from Loma, Colo.

She was a member of the Seventh-day adventist church and the Neighbors of Woodcraft lodge.

Surviving are a son, William E. Schunter of Loma; two daughters, Mrs. A. L. Spotts of La Barge, Wyo. and (unreadable) of Payette; a brother, George Harris of Boulder, Colo.; a great aunt, Mrs. Annie Harris of Boulder, and four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Shaffer chapel is arranging services.
