Rosetta S. Myers Passes At Ontario
Mrs. William Myers reported that her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Rosetta Scroggins Myers, 43, of Ontario died at her home Thursday evening. She had been to her sisters home in Brogan for Thanksgiving dinner and returned home that evening and suffered a brain hemorrhage. Her husband, Virgil Myers of Payette preceded her in death two years ago.
She was born in Unity, Ore., Aug. 6, 1913, and had resided in Malheur and Baker counties her entire life. She was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America.
Survivors include five brothers, one sister, several nieces and nephews and her sister-in-law, Mrs. Owen Holloway of Payette.
Services were held Monday at 2 p.m. at Beechler's chapel in Ontario with the Rev. Orville Coats officiating. Interment was at Riverside in Payette.
