PAYETTE - Graveside services for Lloyd Solomon, 81, San Diego, formerly of Payette, who died Wednesday in a National City, Calif. hospital will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Riverside Cemetery, Payette, by the Rev. Weber McGarrah of Payette Church of the Nazarene under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen chapel in Payette.
He was born March 22, 1900 in Chetek, Wisc. He was reared and educated in Rice Lake, Wisc. In 1920 he moved to Tillamook, Ore., where he was a logger. He moved to Payette in 1969, to Nampa in 1975 and to San Diego in 1980.
Survivors include two sons, Ronnie of San Diego and Donald of Washington; two brothers, Alvin and Albert, both of LaPine, Ore.; four sisters, Della Hopkins of Nampa, Stella Wayne and Gladys Collinswood Acaiturri, both of Payette, and Fern Ricci of Arcata, Calif.; a step-mother, Alta Hinkly of Payette; four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the chapel from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
