Benjamin Tussing Dies at Fruitland FRUITLAND (Special) [1857-1938] — Benjamin Franklin Tussing, 8O, for 33 years a fruit grower and rancher, died Friday noon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ida Anderson, in Whitley Bottom, five miles southwest of Fruitland. He had been ill three years.
Mr. Tussing retired 10 years ago. Survivors are six brothers: Dave of Odessa Neb, Will of Portersville Cal., and four brothers and six sisters in Ohio; two daughters, Mrs. Ida Johnson, Mrs. Nora Diehm, and one son, Carey Tussing, all of Fruitland. There are 23 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The body is at the Landon Funeral Chapel in Payette. Date for the funeral has not been set.
