Last Rites Held For Bryan West
Funeral services were held Monday for Bryan West, 63, who died suddenly of a heart attack at his home in Payette Friday morning.
Mr. West was born August 28, the same day of the month he died, in 1896 at Chesterfield, Idaho. He was a graduate of the University of Idaho. He also attended Idaho State college at Pocatello where he was student body president in 1926 and was a teacher in the Payette high school until 1935. Here he married Rhena Kelly at Walla Walla, Washington in 1936. Mr. West was a veteran of World War I and served as an officer of the Payette American Legion Post for many years.
