J. Fred Ausman Dies At Ontario Hospital
J. Fred Ausman, 80, Payette, died Friday in an Ontario hospital, after a long illness. Mr. Ausman who came to the Payette area 40 years ago from Baker, was born July 4, 1879, in Elk Mound, Wisconsin.
Survivors include four sons, Kester of Ontario, Ralph of Boise, Lloyd of California and Paul Ausman of Payette; one daughter, Mrs. Kathryn Ninemire, Payette; one sister, Miss Lillie Ausman, Asotin, Washington; 14 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Services were held Monday at 10 a. m. at the Shaffer memory chapel in Payette with the Rev. Raymond A. Thompson officiating. Interment was at Rosedale Park.
