Fern Louisa Fagan, 82, Payette died Oct. 27 at a Payette care center. Funeral services were 10 a.m. Nov. 1 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Payette, under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette.
She was born April 16, 1917, at Spanish Fork, Utah, to Charles and Anna Paulsen. She attended Spanish Fork Schools. Sept. 8, 1937, she married Merlen W. Fagan in the Salt Lake City Temple.
They moved to Nyssa in 1941, then to Payette where they lived for 50 years.
Survivors include her husband, Merlin of Payette, her children; Sheryl and Chuck Johanek, Clark Fagan, Kathleen Iseri, Robert and Carol Fagan and Gerald and Pat Fagan; 24 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Leona Paulsen; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles; her mother, Anna; two sisters; Ellen Erdmann and Elma Morrott.
