PAYETTE-Barbara Belle Hunter, 74, Payette, died Dec. 2 in an Ontario hospital. Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. at Rosedale Memorial Gardens in Payette under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette. Pastor Bill Sperry of the Highway Assembly of God Church, Fruitland, will officiate.
Barbara was born July 31, 1920 in Salem, a daughter of Frances and Edith Clark. She married Robert D. Hunter at Weiser in 1939. They had resided in Payette since 1961. She was a homemaker and mother of three children, Gail, Roberta and Terrance Daniel.
She is survived by her husband, Robert D. Hunter of Payette; two daughters and sons-in-law, Gail and Henry Guilford of Weiser and Roberta and Johnie Rothleutner of Payette; three granddaughters, Patty Guilford of Fruitland, Debbie Goodwin of Corvallis and Tracy Guilford of Weiser; a great-granddaughter, Namequa "Nicki" (Cagley) Guilford of Weiser; and a brother, Darrell Clark of Zillah, Wash. She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, Terrance Daniel in 1951, and a granddaughter, Barbara Lynn Cagley in 1992.
