Karl Frederick Weise, 81, a resident of Payette since 1930 passed on at the Payette General hospital Dec. 17.
Funeral services were held at the Christian church Saturday afternoon with the pastor, the Rev. Wayne Sundquist in charge. Landons directed interment.
Mr. Wiese was born in Lengenberg, Germany. He was married in 1902 at Condon, Ore., to Ethel Harrison who preceded him in death. He is survived by six sons: J. E., Walla Walla, Wash.; Lt. E., Fort Ord, Calif.; James F., Puyallup, Wash.; Alfred, Outar, Wash.; and Carl and Walter, Payette; and three siters, Mrs. Minnie Breeding, Klamath Fall, Ore.; Mrs. Mary Weiniar, Oregon City, Ore., and Mrs. Ralph Lauer, Payette; fifteen grandchildren and four great grand children.
