Independent Enterprise Wednesday, January 15, 1992 Arthur I. Wheat, 68, Payette, died Jan. 13 in an Ontario hospital. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Payette Chapel of the Roses. Burial will follow in Rosedale Memorial Gardens, Payette.
