ONTARIO - Services for Marcella H. Robinson, 55, Ontario were conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Shaffer-Jensen Chapel, New Plymouth. She died Wednesday of natural causes at an Ontario hospital. Services ere conducted by Leonard Reifel, St. John's United Church of Christ, Payette, with interment at Parkview Cemetery, New Plymouth.

She was born May 28, 1925, in Payette to Hilbert and Alice Person. She was reared and educated in Payette and graduated from Payette High School in 1943. She worked at Gowen Field during World War II. She married Harold "Robbie" Robinson on March 4, 1955 in Payette, where they made their home until moving to Weiser. They moved to Nyssa in 1969 and to Ontario in 1979.

She had been employed for the last 11 years by the Malheur Memorial Nursing Home in Nyssa and at the time of her death was activities director for the nursing home. She was a member of the St. John's United Church of Christ, Payette. She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary of Nyssa, and was a member of the Lionesses of Nyssa.

Surviving are her husband of Ontario; two brothers, Lawrence D. Person of Fruitland and Wallace N. Person of Payette; a sister Madelyn F. Goodell, Independence; two nieces and two nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Norman H. Person.

Memorials may be made to the Malheur Memorial Nursing Home or Heart Fund in care of the funeral home.
