Charles Lockner Dies At Fruitland
Charles Robert Lockner, 78, died at his home in Fruitland Wednesday after a long illness.
He was born in Star county, Ohio, Sept. 27, 1878 and was married to Sara Anne Boor in Albion, Nebr. on Jan. 31, 1901. They moved to Fruitland in 1904. He was a member of the Methodist church and the IOOF Lodge.
Survivors, in addition to his wife include two sons, Arthur Lockner, Klamath Falls, and Charles O. Lockner, Fruitland; two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Boor, Roseberg, Ore., and Mrs. Kate Jones, Casa Grande, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Services are pending and will be announced by Shaffer Memory Chapel.
