William Reimers Dies Tuesday
William John Reimers, age 79, passed away at a local hospital Tuesday, June 17. He was born at Davenport, Iowa, May 3, 1868, and was married at Traer, Iowa in 1893. The family came to Payette forty-two years ago from Reinbeck, Iowa. His wife preceded him in passing in 1934. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Mabel Etta Floyd, Marrianna, Fla., Mrs. Edna May Harper, Elko, Nev., and two sons, Lester T. and Leland G., both of Payette and seven grandchildren. Services will be held from the Landon-Shaffer chapel Friday at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. E. J. Glover officiating. Interment will be in the Riverside cemetery.
