Aged Woman Dies At Carter Home
Mrs. Martha Solmon, 87, passed away April 23, at the Carter Home for the aged here. She came to Payette fifteen years ago from Tillamook, Ore. Mrs. Solmon is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Rose Woods, of Tracy, Minn. and two sons Lou and Jim both of Payette, twenty-two grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren. She was born at Reedstown, Wis., Oct 15, 1886(Year is wrong). Funeral services were conducted from the Nazarene church Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock, with the Rev. Earl Williams officiating. Landons were in charge and interment at Riverside cemetery.
