Frank O. Friedly Buried Sunday
Frank Olney Friedly was born October 15, 1899 near Pendleton, Oregon and passed away November 5, 1942 at the age of 43 years and 21 days, at the home of his mother in Pendleton. Death came following complications caused by a double goiter operation of August 7.
His childhood was spent in Pendleton, Oregon. On February 14, 1924 he was united in marriage with Myrtle Sallee of Payette. The last twelve years of their married life was spent in and near Weiser. He was a member of the Christian church of Pendleton.
Surviving are his wife, Myrtle Friedly, one son, Ronald, and three daughters, Joyce, Jeanne and Mae; also his mother, Mrs. Mae Friedly of Pendleton, his father, A. C. Friedly, Pendleton, a brother, Earl Friedly of Vida, Oregon, a sister, Mrs. C. L. Hecktner of Dayton, Washington, besides many other relatives and a host of friends.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon by Rev. John S. Curtis of the Assembly of God church at the Peterson Foster Funeral home. Members of the I.O.O.F. lodge took charge at the grave. Interment was in Rosedale Memorial Park.
