Services for Randy Glen Solmon, 14, Elko, Nev. who died Friday in a Nampa hospital were conducted Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in the Payette chapel of the Roses. Father Harold V. Myers of the Nampa Episcopal church officiated. Interment was at Rosedale Memorial Gardens here.
Born June 15, 1954, in Burns, Ore. Randy Solmon was an eighth grader in Elko where he had moved with his family a year and a half ago from Ely, Nev.
He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Solmon, Elko; one sister, Carla Jean, at home; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James Moss, Burns and several uncles and aunts.
The family suggest contributions may be made to the cancer fund.
